At Yuno Workspace, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Commercial Orders
Yuno Workspace primarily supplies commercial clients — businesses, fitout coordinators, and project managers. Most of our products are ordered to specification and may be subject to minimum order quantities or lead times.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind on commercial furniture orders. Please ensure you have confirmed product specifications, dimensions, and finishes before placing your order. Contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at hello@yunoworkspace.com.au with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos of the affected item(s). We will assess the claim and, where the fault is confirmed, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, contact us within 5 business days and we will arrange the correct item at no additional cost.
Australian Consumer Law
Our returns policy does not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
