How a trade order works
- Send us the brief. Job address, delivery window, product list (or a Bill of Materials), site access notes if it's tricky. Email hello@yunoworkspace.com.au or use the form below.
- You get a quote within one business day. Itemised, GST-clear, with realistic lead times. No padded RRPs, no "call for pricing".
- Approve and we lock the stock. 50% deposit on first job, terms after that on repeat accounts.
- Delivery to site, your dock, or our warehouse for pickup. Whatever works for your install schedule.
- If something arrives damaged or short, we fix it fast. One contact, no ticket queues.
Why installers buy from Yuno
Most commercial furniture suppliers in Australia are wholesalers who never see the inside of an installed office. Their reps quote out of a catalogue and the install crew finds out the legs don't clear the cable tray on the day. We've been on the other end of those jobs. FAQs from installers and trade buyers
What volume qualifies for trade pricing?
There's no strict floor. As a rule of thumb, 5+ workstations or a $3k+ order gets you trade pricing on the first job. Once you've placed a couple of orders, you're on trade rates by default.
How fast can you dispatch?
In-stock items: 1–3 business days from order to dispatch in metro. Indent items (most acoustic pods, custom-size workstations): 2–6 weeks ex factory plus freight.
Can you do custom sizing on workstations?
Yes. Our Boost+, Eternity, and Infinity ranges all run custom widths and depths via the manufacturer. Send the spec, we'll come back with a quote and a lead time.
Do you deliver to regional Australia?
Yes. Regional metro hubs (Geelong, Ballarat, Newcastle, Toowoomba, etc.) are routine. Remote sites add freight cost and a few days — quoted up front, no surprises.
Can you white-label or drop ship to my customer?
Yes — this is what most of our trade accounts use. Your delivery docket, your customer's address, our logistics.
What if the product arrives damaged?
Photo, message, replacement in motion. We carry stock on the bestselling SKUs specifically so install schedules don't miss because of a freight nick.
Do you offer installation?
In Melbourne and Victoria, yes — through First Class Installs. Outside Victoria, we can put you in touch with an installer in your state, or supply only.
